Spring term 2017 action plan:
This term, school council have three aims:

1. Raising awareness for Autism.
2. Active participation - raising money for NSPCC.
3. Petitioning - reducing the speed limit around Stonebrig Lane.

Events this term

Comic relief - Red nose day

Friday 24th March 2017
There will be a bun sale after school @3.30pm.
Wear red for a donation.
Throw a wet sponge at a teacher.


NSPCC visit week beginning 27th February to do assemblies.

Friday 2nd and Monday 3rd March - NSPCC workshops, Year 5/6.
Alec Shelbrook, the local MP to attend and filmed by 'Made in Leeds'

Bun Sale
Friday 24th February - Bun sale. We raised £120 for the NSPCC. Thank you to everyone who contributed and to Mrs Savory, Mrs Brooks and Mrs Burton for organising the event.

Speed limit
The speed limit on Stonebrig lane has now been reduced to 20mph.



School council would like you to share your thoughts and also share your ideas with us. If you would like to do so, please speak to a school council member who will pass these on at the school council meeting.
